RIMOUSKI SPORTS COMPLEX
LAZY RIVER
This stainless-steel construction adds a unique architectural appeal to aquatic facilities. The structure has been covered with a polyester powder coating which effectively protects against corrosion.
DIVING BOARDS
In order to offer variety to swimmers of different levels, it was decided to install both a one-metre and a three-metre diving board.
CHAIRS
The Ultra lifeguard chair is the sensible choice for multi-basin water centres. Upon request, it is possible to acquire this model in different colours. It then becomes easy to set up a surveillance zone specific to each colour to optimize security.
DAKTRONICS SYSTEM
Video display This system, which is recognized in the aquatic industry, is used to display the results of swimming, diving and water polo competitions in addition to broadcast information and advertising content.
SLIDE
Sylvan Lake - AlbertaAlthough the dimensions of the pool deck and the pool depth caused several constraints, Aquam was able to custom design a slide for the Sylvan Lake Aquatic Centre. This model significantly improves the recreational offering of their facility. The double slide maximizes the space occupied by the structure and it can accommodate a good number of swimmers of all ages.
STARTING BLOCKS
BlainvilleFor their swimming competitions, Blainville relies on this Elite model of starting blocks which were carefully installed by us and which meets all International Swimming Federation (FINA) criteria. Its cable outlets which connect timing devices are concealed inside the base. These customized orange-coated starting blocks combine comfort and performance with Trackstart technology.
WATER PLAYGROUND
Dieppe Aquatic and Sports CentreThe project goal was to equip the aquatic centre with water games that would suit a young and varied clientele while respecting a limited budget. Our team met the challenge by suggesting versatile structures such as this fun fibreglass pirate ship that includes a slide, cannons and water jets. These game structures can entertain many children at the same time.
