RETURN POLICY
Only merchandise that has received authorization from Aquam Aquatic Specialist Inc. may be returned. Please contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization (RA) number which must be clearly marked on the box for the return.Any merchandise returned without an RA number will be refused and the sender will be responsible for shipping charges. Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before credit is issued. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
All returned products will be inspected by customer service. Photos of the merchandise may be required. If you have received damaged material, please report it to the shipping company within 24–72 hours of receipt; the reporting timeframe varies by company. Keep the original packaging and contact Aquam Aquatic Specialist Inc. to inform us of the situation.
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

- Fill out the required fields
- Send the form by email to info@aquam.com with the subject line: Return Request
- Add photos as attachments if applicable.
