Aquam's SoloBand allows a wide variety of exercises to target different muscle groups while varying the resistance level according to the multi-loop grip construction. It is the perfect equipment for rehabilitation, aquatic fitness or out-of-pool training. The soft and anti-abrasive band has six sewn loops as well as a central 30 cm loop.
