This kit is a lifesaving aid used to safely immobilize the head and cervical region of an injured person. The head immobilizer attaches easily to a backboard. Covered with vinyl, it is hygienic and easy to clean. A complete immobilizer kit consists of two head support blocks, an adjustable plate assembly with Velcro backboard strap, and two head straps.
