The Finite Tech TOC is a simple training tool that is worn around the swimmer's waist. It ensures proper hip position for all four different swimming styles. Equipped with a ball bearing and acoustic amplifiers, the Tech Toc emits a sound that tells the swimmer to perform a hip rotation and undulation. The Tech Toc also has a delay setting which delays the ball bearing, forcing swimmers to exaggerate hip rotation.
