The diving bricks are easy to grasp and their distinct colours allow for easy identification at the bottom of the water. The 9 kg (20 lb) yellow brick is used for the Canadian National Lifeguard qualification and requalification exams. The 4.5 kg (10 lb) black brick is also available.
